Our mother company, Gun Ei Chemical Industry Co.,Ltd., has been specializing in the production of Phenolic Resin since 1946. The company has developed an exclusive process technology that is recognized worldwide for it's excellence. And Gun Ei Chemical has installed the latest of this technology in Thai GCI Plant.

Moreover, as you know from our What's new page, last year many machine was installed, product warehouse & raw material warehouse was established. Now our capacity increase to 15,000 mt/year.

Thai GCI inherits a proven production system as well. With the benefit of new technology and experience, we will produce Phenolic Resin fully up to the standard established in Japan.
This month, we are proud to present our laboratory. Our Lab moved to new location last year. Our equipment was calibrated following the ISO-9000 Standard Quality System. Now we are developing our analysis equipments by purchasing a new GPC equipment , that'll arrive at our site about next month.

This year, our plant increase more 2-3 new machine,that cause our capacity now up to 15,000 Mt/year, in order to supporting above capacity we build a new warehouse for keeping raw material near the existing warehouse.
So you can trust in our Raw material's quality, that it's kept in suitable place.
New Grade(August'2001)
Our technician try to satisfied our customer and develop a new grade in every application every month.
After keeping a secret for a year, at last Mr.Suppapong Sirilert, our P&A Manager (Personel & Administration Manager), surprised everybody that he would marry with very beautiful girl , names Ms.Wanchalee. We were all very surprised , joulous (for a gentleman) and broken heart (for lady).
and we hope his married life'll be very happy.
New Machine & Warehouse (July 1,2001)
It has been 9 years since our company was established. With the cooperation of our staff, last year we had a large number of sale both domestic and export about 7,600 ton. At that time, our Resol plant was operating with full capacity (about 3,000 ton), so we established new Resol plant (15 m3) capacity about 4,000 ton.

About Novolak plant, last year it was operating with full capacity,too. So, on March of this year, we already complete new Novolak plant (capacity about 3,000 ton) by our own capital.

Moreover,last year we established new warehouse for storing product, and now we constructing another new warehouse for storing raw material.

Trip to Goh Ngam (July 1,2001)
Last 2 month, our staff about 40 persons (included our president and his wife,as aleader of this trip) went on a company trip to Goh Ngam (in Trad Province, Thailand).
The weather was very clear, we enjoyed eating,drinking,singing,swimming and skin diving so much. Moreover, this trip is a good chance for our staff to relax after hard working, and a good chance for everyone to establish team work between each other.
Next year we plan to make a trip agin in celebration of company's 10th anniversary.
